Finding Your Voice in the Healthcare Maze

In 2008, Project Compassion worked with Tiffany Christensen, author of Sick Girl Speaks, to launch "Finding Your Voice", a groundbreaking new initiative around patient advocacy, advance care planning and organ/tissue donation for patients, family members and healthcare students.  We are happy to announce that "Finding Your Voice" has received grant funding for another year.  Better still, we are now able to offer Finding Your Voice in new online formats.

This 3 part webinar series for patients, family members and community participants will be offered periodically throughout 2009.  Tiffany Christensen, author and lung transplant recipient, will tell her story and offer lessons learned along the way.

The first Finding Your Voice webinar series will be offered to patients and loved ones living with cystic fibrosis on June 13th, 20th and 27th.
